No Tecleo, Dijo el Chino: Diputado de la UDI Dijo que se Enteró por la Prensa de que Boletas Emitidas a Penta Eran Falsas

Durante su declaración la semana pasada ante el equipo de fiscales a cargo del caso Penta, el diputado de la UDI Felipe de Mussy reconoció haber solicitado en 2013 recursos para financiar su campaña electoral al controlador del grupo económico, Carlos Alberto Délano. Sin embargo, según consta en su declaración filtrada por un canal de televisión, aseguró que desconocía que parte de las platas que finalmente recibió fueron conseguidas mediante el uso de boletas ideológicamente falsas emitidas a Penta por Tomás Garces, su “amigo de infancia” y miembro de su equipo de campaña. Debería estar en la ley que quién miente en la indagatoria, agrava la condena en uno o dos grados. En otro plano de la noticia, el Octavo Juzgado de Garantía declaró admisible la ampliación de la querella por soborno y lavado de activos que interpuso el Consejo de Defensa del Estado en contra de empresas Penta.

 

“Mi equipo en un principio estaba compuesto por Tomás Garcés, que es un gran amigo de infancia, le pedí que trabajara conmigo para que fuera parte de mi equipo por ser de mi confianza (…) básicamente antes del 17 de agosto los gastos eran una especie de aporte o sueldo a las personas que trabajaban conmigo”, dijo el parlamentario.

De acuerdo a su versión, en marzo de 2013 comenzó a hacer contactos para conseguir el dinero necesario para competir por un escaño en la Cámara baja, y dijo que pensó en Délano porque “es muy amigo de un tío mío llamado Luis de Mussy y un poco menos de mis propios padres. Conozco a sus hijos (…). En el mes de marzo le pedí el celular de Carlos Délano a uno de sus hijos (…). Lo llamé y le comenté que quería ser candidato a diputado y si me podía ayudar. Me dijo que lo iba a ver”.

“Luego lo fui a ver a su oficina de Isidora Goyenechea con el Bosque, me reuní con él unos 15 minutos. Hablamos mucho de temas familiares y me dijo que me iba a tratar de ayudar. Me pidió que le enviara una reseña. Yo lo envié un mail con una reseña mía que corresponde al correo que se me exhibe de fecha 1 de abril de 2013 y que efectivamente lo envié”, relató.

Dijo que al poco tiempo su solicitud tuvo respuesta del propio Délano, quien lo llamó y lo puso en contacto con Hugo Bravo. “Me dijo que me iba a apoyar en una primera instancia y me dijo que me contactara con una persona que resultó ser Hugo Bravo. Yo no recuerdo haber hablado con Hugo Bravo. En todo caso nunca me reuní con él ni lo he visto”.

Fue en ese momento donde asegura haberse desentendido del asunto y dejó el tema en manos de Garcés. “Sí, le dije a Tomás (Garcés) que se hiciera cargo del tema. Efectivamente al revisar mi casilla de correo electrónica (…) aparece un correo que con fecha 13 de mayo de 2013, le envié a Tomás Garcés”.

Pero, respecto de las boletas, De Mussy afirmó que supo mucho después, cuando el caso estalló en los medios de comunicación. “Me entero mucho después cuando salió mi nombre y el de Tomás en los medios de comunicación por este caso. Nos juntamos y le pregunté qué había pasado acá, y creo que Tomás me dijo que parece que había hecho esas boletas”, declaró.

Y agregó: “La boleta que se me exhibe en este acto de Tomás Garcés, número 17 por cinco millones de pesos de fecha 13 de mayo de 2013, nunca la había visto y no supe que Tomás la hubiese extendido (…) Tomás me dijo en su momento que esto había sido una primera ayuda y que luego nos iban a ayudar de nuevo. Yo no volví a hablar con Délano por este asunto”.

De Mussy recalcó que las platas las vio siempre Garcés mientras él se dedicaba solamente al “trabajo en terreno”. Asimismo, detalló que su jefe de campaña administraba los recursos: “Creo que primero a su cuenta personal y luego una que abrió en el BCI a su nombre pero que se utilizó para la campaña. Estos dineros los manejaba Tomás. Él pagaba los gastos, los sueldos y lo que se necesitara”.

Finalmente insistió: “Este tema de las boletas de Tomás Garcés yo sólo me enteré hace pocos meses y de lo que me he enterado y he revisado no hay más boletas que se hayan extendido y así me lo aseguró Tomás Garcés”.

Declaran admisible ampliación de querella del CDE contra empresas Penta

El Octavo Juzgado de Garantía de Santiago declaró admisible la ampliación de la querella por soborno y lavado de activos que interpuso el Consejo de Defensa del Estado en contra de las empresas de Carlos Eugenio Lavín y Carlos Alberto Délano, en calidad de personas jurídicas. .

Se trata de Penta S.A., Inversiones Penta 3 Ltda., Inversiones BanPenta Ltda. y Andes Iron SpA.

La resolución pide al equipo investigador, encabezado por el fiscal nacional Sabas Chahuán, que identifique la responsabilidad de dichas empresas en la triangulación de dinero que llegó a manos de Pablo Wagner cuando ejercía como subsecretario de Minería.

Lo anterior, en circunstancias que Délano y Lavín -que se encuentran formalizados y recluidos desde el 7 marzo- impulsaban el proyecto minero Dominga.
