De nuevo la élite chilena, de todos los colores y sabores, no lo vio venir.

El triunfo holgado y categórico de la candidata comunista a la elección presidencial de noviembre, del pacto Unidad por Chile, Jeannette Jara, los dejó andando en círculo, lo que se notó en las reacciones posteriores.

La curiosa declaración de Matthei la misma noche y la reorganización del comando dejando solo a Paulsen (el no famoso); las descalificaciones y amenazas de los KaKa, con el Ka gordito invitado al Tribunal Constitucional por su apología al golpismo y amenazas a los derechos humanos.

Curiosa la invitación a eutanasia colectiva de Alberto Undurraga, presidente de la DC, quien señaló que bajo ningún motivo o circunstancia apoyarían a la candidata de Unidad por Chile.

Los primeros que rechazaron la insólita invitación fueron la senadora Provoste, el senador Hunchumilla y el diputado Aedo, tres de los siete parlamentarios a la reelección, que anhelan ir en la probable lista única parlamentaria del oficialismo

“Yo creo que tenemos que llegar a un acuerdo con la centroizquierda, con una coalición, con un programa y con un pacto parlamentario». dijo el senador Hunchumilla.

Otro personaje despistado es el senador y presidente del PPD, el experimentado retroexcavador Jaime Quintana. Todo parte con la decisión de su derrotada candidata de retirarse de la primera linea.

Le han echado la culpa al gobierno por ser prescindente y a la presidenta Bachelet por no apoyar explícitamente a Toha. Sobre el nuevo programa, el presidente del PPD sostuvo que hay preocupación particular por el enfoque económico.

En el FA a una semana de su aplastante derrota, nadie aparece o parece responsable. En su primera reunión trascendió una opinión en general: la reunión continuaba el jueves, pero se suspendió.

Habrá que esperar a estos ñiñes en sus tiempos.

El más “contento” con los resultados es Mulet. Tan contento que en la primera reunión que discute la lista parlamentaria única, pidió 59 cupos para su partido. Todos quedaron marcando ocupado.

El jueves 17, nuevamente se reunió la candidata unitaria, y resolvieron no tener jefe de campaña, sino un comando dirigido por Jara en que se integran los presidentes de los partidos que la apoyan y que serán de acuerdo a sus capacidades y posibilidades, implementar descentralizadamente el trabajo necesario.

Un grupo transversal de expertos trabajará sobre los siguientes ejes: derechos sociales, seguridad pública, crecimiento y trabajo decente, para elaborar un borrador de propuesta de programa.

Se denota el esfuerzo de la candidata por hacer inclusiva la participación. Lo mismo, la actitud del PC, de ser uno más del grupo.

Resuelta la incorporación plural y de todos, ¿como se resolverá en favor de la candidatura única el respaldo del 28% y del 9%, del socialismo democrático y del FA respectivamente, claramente insuficiente en la infantería de la campaña y aumentar estos porcentajes y ganarle a la derecha?

La pregunta queda hecha.
